Is Rishabh Pant spot in Indian White Ball Team in Danger?

Team India after disappointing SA had 2 small white ball tours of West Indies and Sri Lanka. India played 6 T20 and 3 ODI in the span of a month. West Indies tour started with an ODI series where India thrashed West Indies. Pant in this tour with bat was average and didn’t perform as it was expected from him.

Then came 6 T20 back-to-back. Pant played in 2 matches against the West Indies but then was rested for the remaining 4 T20I. Rishabh Pant again in the 2 matches he played was disappointing while others who got chances grabbed them with both hands. Surya Kumar Yadav was man of the match in WI series while we saw the rise of Venkatesh Iyer in that series. Both Iyer and Surya Kumar Yadav were the backbone of the Indian Team in that series.

Then came the Sri Lankan series, before the series Indian team was hit by an injury crisis, players like Ruturaj Gaikwad, Deepak Chahar were injured. The Sri Lankan series was a cakewalk for the Indian team, players like Shreyas Iyer, Sanju Samson and makeshift opener Ishan Kishan grabbed their chances.

So overall after 2 series, Players like Surya Kumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Shreyas Iyer and Venkatesh Iyer grabbed their chances. Since many players' performance questions have been raised about Pant's position in the team.

Now you will be asking who will be the keeper but then the Indian team has many options for that keeper spot: Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan and even KL Rahul can be wicketkeeper.

So overall do you think Rishabh Pant position in Indian team under threat considering all the recent performances.
