Punjab Kings vs Chennai Super Kings : Preview

Today in match 39 of the Indian Premier league  we will witness the clash between two teams who are struggling for form this season. Its 4 time champions Chennai Super Kings up against Punjab Kings. Punjab Kings have lost their previous few matches and are desperate for points. While CSK are coming off a win over their arch-rival Mumbai Indians in IPL El Clasico thanks to9 brilliant Vintage MS Dhoni heroics in the last over. Both teams will be wanting to win and grab those 2 important points for themselves. A win for Punjab means they leap frog that log jam of 6 points in the middle of table while for CSK 2 points means they are still alive in this competition. So in all, both teams would go all out and it would be interesting to see who comes out on top. 


What to expect

The Wankhede pitches are throwing up big totals regularly, and chase has become the favoured strategy at the venue. The last two games, however, were both won by teams who successfully defended their massive scores, with the Delhi Capitals being the losers on both occasions.
