The Yellow Lion is Back

Chennai Super Kings and MS Dhoni are a match made in heaven. Dhoni leading the iconic franchise is what people come to see in IPL over the years. When CSK was banned from participating for 2 yrs you could see Dhoni's eyes still looking for that yellow in those 2 yrs. When CSK finally returned in 2018 MS Dhoni had said it feels like i'm back home. In the next 4 years of the cycle led CSK to 2 trophies and 3 finals. Dhoni and CSK is a better lovestory than twilight. 


2022 being the year of reshuffle and every team going into the auction. It came as a surprise MS Dhoni wasn't CSK first retention and it was a sign that this might be his last outing in  the IPL .Then came another big news 2 days before IPL where MS Dhoni announced that he is stepping down from Chennai Super Kings Captaincy and Jadeja will be new CSK captain. 



Under Jadeja CSK hasn't been their old team. They have lost 6 out 8 matches and just managed to win 2 that too thanks to MS Dhoni magic in the last in both games. Now before 9th game of CSK a news broke out from CSK end that Jadeja handed over Captaincy to CSK back to Lion Himself as he wants to focus on his own performance and looking team interest MS Dhoni has accepted to lead CSK for remainder of the IPL. 


When CSK came out yesterday to play against SRH there were huge cheers in the stadium as everyone favourite MS Dhoni came back as the Chennai Super Kings Captain once again.
